How can I stop acne scars?
The answer to prevent scarring is simple, but not so easy to execute. In the past the way to prevent acne blemishes from scarring is too stop playing with your face. Many people swear that
popping a pimple helps it heal faster, much like they believe pealing a scar from a cut will help their wound heal. (Both are myths by the way.) While popping a pimple will reduce the swelling temporarily because the grease is released, it can actually be counterproductive as all you are doing is spreading the harmful bacteria that cause the pimple to began with. In fact, popping the pimple is exactly how scarring is caused because you are interfering with your body’s natural healing process. If you do not want scarring, leave your acne be.
The best thing to do for your acne is to find a cleaning routine that works with your skin to help keep
the acne at bay and to help get rid of the acne break outs. This routine often will involve both a day time and night time regiment that will have different products for the different times of day because your face will need certain things at the start of the day and at night to help it heal. To help increase the effectiveness of the acne treatment make sure that the routine you choose is easy to do and can be done within a small amount of time. The easier it is the more likely you will be to do it regularly.
