Acne on your body is caused by the same problems as acne on your face.  It just seems to be more bothersome because it is more bothersome as your clothes are frequently rubbing on it irritating the skin.  Try changing your diet to eliminate fatty foods, limit your sugar intake, and stop eating fast food.  If you have a high stress levels in your life try to find healthy ways to relax. 

If you exercise a lot to either stay in shape or to help reduce stress more than likely you are probably producing an extreme amount of sweat that is clogging your pores. Make sure to shower immediately after you work out with a deep body cleanser to eliminate your pores being clogged. Even if you only have the ability to rinse off with a soapy wash cloth at a public shower it will help remove some of the sweat and other things that will clog your pores until you can get home to take a more intense shower. There are many acne treatment problems available over the counter that can be used as body wash in the shower that will help prevent breakouts and treat existing pimples. Consult with your doctor, dermatologist or ask the advice of the pharmacist at a local pharmacy. They are likely to be able to suggest a good brand for you.
